Klassiq MailMan Plus reads and, when you approve, sends email on your behalf using the mailbox access you grant (Gmail, Microsoft 365 or IMAP). Messages are copied to a database so Claude can search and summarise them. Each user's mail, drafts and tasks are stored separately and are only accessible with that user's private link.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties other than the providers needed to operate your connection (your mail provider, and our AI provider (Anthropic), which receives the email text needed to summarise it or suggest replies). Google user data is used only to provide the features you request.

Control and deletion

You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account security settings, and ask us to delete your account and stored mail.
